Teodora was fantastic, she did everything asked of her and more in just 5 hours. Both my partner and I are very impressed with her and her quality/standard of work and are looking forward to her returning next month (if she is able and willing to do so). Please pay her for the full 6 hours I booked as she more than deserves the extra hour. I would like the next booking to be for the afternoon slot on Tuesday 5th November for 5 hours.

“Thank you for the email. I was really impressed with the two lads that came over to clean my carpets. They were extremely diligent and very friendly. Unfortunately they left a mark on one of my carpets; I do not blame them for it because it was in a poorly lit area and very close to a piece of furniture, in fact at the time it may have looked like it was just a bit more damp than the other bits – however now it has dried there is a foot-long streak still there. As I said, no complaints because it was easily overlooked and I myself overlooked it when I checked their job. I will certainly use your company again in the future.”
